"Than Oli Keatta Manam" literally means listen to the voice of your heart which will give you the right perspective. This moral fable suggests that human beings must reflect on issues, look at them without bias and then take a view on things. Hurried judgments may not be correct. This is true in any situation in matters of the heart, in relation to an employer,while taking a serious view of things, considered opinion and thoughtful pronouncements can be path finders in our lives.
